I’ve been a fan of Tina Forsyth’s for quite some time.  If you don’t know her, she’s the author of “Becoming an Online Business Manager: Playing a Bigger Game with Your Clients and Yourself” and also of the recent “Stop Settling Manifesto – Taking a Stand on Creating the Best Virtual Support Team for You and Your Business.”
