Kat’s Health & Wellness Experience, One Month Retest

Ok so I had my one month retest this week. That was fun. The doctor I see tests your body fat %, weight of course, the age of your cells and a few other things. I lost 7 lbs overall, all of which were fat lbs which is great and lost 4% body fat. Plus I gained 2.5 lbs in muscle. What I like about this eating plan is it's something I can do for the rest of my life pretty much. Granted he doesn't want me to eat any grains or wheat - so no bread, rice or anything for the rest of my life.
