“The 3 C’s to Building a more Profitable Business … Faster”

”The 3 C’s to Building a more Profitable Business … Faster”

Being in business for seven plus years now plus having learned from a few different mentors along the way has given me quite the insight and various perspectives on ways in which an entrepreneur can build a profitable business.

Many of these perspectives made sense at the time however after the effects of the state of the economy recently I realized that one perspective made more sense during any economy for us solopreneurs.

I realized that along the way, I was adding so many components to my business that were making me busier or increasing my monthly expenses but weren’t really producing additional revenue.

What I realized just recently was that I needed to take my business back to the basics so to speak and follow what I call the 3 C’s to a More Profitable Business.

C # 1: Clarity

  • getting crystal clear on what transformation you provide to your customers
  • getting focused with what you spend your time on every day
  • simplifying and systematizing your business models and marketing
  • then doing all of that well and repeating the process without added distraction

C # 2: Confidence

  • knowing without a doubt you are on the right path in your business and life
  • knowing that you ARE the expert in your field
  • believing you ARE worth every penny that you charge
  • having faith that you will succeed regardless of the circumstance

C # 3: Collaboration

  • collecting knowledge from others always
  • brainstorming on best practices, models and time management
  • asking for help when you aren’t sure what to do or how to do it
  • discovering ways to co-promote, help others and build stronger relationships

You may be thinking that this is all information you’ve heard before and how can it really help you build a more profitable business but are you really running your business and your life like this?

Rarely do I find many entrepreneurs actually following all of these basic strategies which means most of you aren’t reaping the rewards that you could be.

Stop spinning your wheels trying this and that in your marketing or something new every month in your business and bring it back to the basics of what truly works in any economy – simplify, stand out and interact – you’ll see bigger results in no time
