I never thought of myself as a spiritual person really, probably because I was such a practical person. I made some really big personal breakthroughs at the event about feelings I was holding on to about my parents that I had to release. The process definitely challenged my comfort zone many times but I am so grateful I made the leap to attend and get involved.I was also touched by all the other attendees and my own spirit of giving and love.
